Tikona is a fraud company, they all do fake promises, i faced it personally, there is nothing like 2mbps unlimited.after 2gb download the speed falls to less than 30kbps, even the plan I was put in by the person who came to give the connection is costlier than what I asked for, he told first month there is no billing but I got it, when I asked him he told he activated the discount, but next month I got collectively foe both months, even the mails with the company id are fake, and later they start calling about the bill, they cant hear us properly, they dont know english or telugu, they know only hindi and even that will not be clear may be due to weaksignals, the person who came to give the connection did not even care to respond even after calling many times
the worst decision in life.
I rated it 1 star and 1 point to its features only because I had to, in order to submit the review otherwise I woudn’t have done it.
