I asked for disconnection request on 20th september 2015, & haven’t used tikona from 25th september onwards. Still they are charging me fake bills. They are asking me to pay Rs 2223 which I don’t know from where it came(BILL PHOTO). Also I received lots of calls from lawyers to whom I told do whatsoever you can, I have enough proofs, they are for sure FAKE LAWYERS, operating from call centers.
DON’T EVER BUY TIKONA CONNECTION, ITS VERY TOUGH TO GET RID OF THIS CONNECTION, VERY SLOW & POOR CONNECTION TOO, SO MUCH NETWORK & DEVICE & CONNECTIVITY ISSUES.
WORST BROADBAND TIKONA DOING MALPRACTICES.
