Initially when I took the service was really good but nowadays its pathetic with frequent disconnection and slow speed and the pathetic part is when I was away abroad and my wife and kid were alone and upon complaining to the customer service they send a representative who told that if you take higher amount package the service will be fabulous thus she was compelled to shell some additional 1000 buck and took a high value package but still service is poor as usual.
They are just fooling customers and taking money by armtwisting methods. I have cancelled my connection on 3/12/12 and now if they still continue to bill me then I am going to sue them in consumer court. My ID is 1102585018
