1)I have used Tikona Broadband from June-2011 till Nov-2011 for which I
have cleared all my bills, but still your people are torturing me every day to pay bills .
2) In NOV -2011 I got some problem in Tikona cable and it stopped working I raised a complaint but no one responded and I am not using after that as no one came to fix it after complaining also.
3)Then I raised a disconnection request (ID -1-2014822901) and also sent a mail for disconnection in NOV-2011.I paid my last bill in DEC-2011.
4) Attached details of my bill payments , online bank payment details, plan details(unlimited
649), disconnection request.
5)I have provided this information to Tikona multiple times though Emails and Customer service & also to APPELLATE AUTHORITY as well but for no use.I keep getting calls 5 times a day . When ask the people to provide what is usage for which you are charging they would not reply .
