I have my office in pitam pura, delhi. Few month back I taken Tikona Broadband service from one of the local provider in pitam pura. the provider told me thal I will get 2 Mbps speed . they installed a wi max device on the roof top . when I start surfing and downloading I feel hte speed is not arround 2 Mbps . After that I check the speed by speedtest.net, it was arround 1 Mbps . I called up the provider, they told me that ther is some alignment problem in our wi max device and they will fix it up. After 2 day I again called them but they they din’t come ask me me that there is some problem ask me to get my system checked. Finaly I ask them to disconnect my connection and give my money back, but they started arguing and I did’t get money back.
So I never suggest any body to get Tinona broadband, although It is a big broadband internet service provider but they give you internet service by local franchise or cable operator, who do not maintain the company reputation in the market. so this connection is not reliable and service and what kind of support you get I already told you.
