Beware of closure pains

In short - do not buy tikona service.It has been 4 months since I have been unsuccessfully trying to get the connection closed.

First they force you to put it in safe custody for 2 months. Then they have a horrible process to close it.In effect I keep getting bill due reminders even after 4 months of requesting for closure.

To make things worse, their customer care number call-drops like hell.BTW, the reason why I wanted to terminate this service - it was not good for video conferencing, desktop sharing and presentations.
