Hi,
I have broad band connection, I request for Wi-fi modem on 4-Aug-11 and I got mail say it will install in 24 hours and I will be charged Rs.75/- Month.
Since than more than 3 months still they have NOT installed wi-fi modem,
so intelligently they started charging Rs.75 / month from Aug-2011 billing itself!
Friends, since then I am stuggling with Tikona customer care to rectify this and I have spoken to every idiot supervisor and call center person( I can mention name also.so familier)
I might called more than 100 times in last 3 moths
They have harrassed from to make the payment without installing modem
I dont know what tracking system they have
seriously none of them know
What happened with customer request
What happened to order whether it is delivered or not
Most of their systems are under upgradiation( reality they are down and not working)
Their bill web and what I recieve PDF never matched
and list goes on.
