I have got Tikona Wimax installed in March. It ran good for the first week and since then it has been big trouble. I have a 2 mbps connection but I hardly get 400 bkps speed, that too is most of the times down. It works okay in the morning and gets worst during the day and night. I have been raising complaints almost everyday to their call centers and they keep on noting it down and close it automatically saying it has been resolved. but nothing has happened.
Even they say that engineer has visited my house whom I havent met yet. What the terrible service TIKONA is offering its customers if clear from my experience.
I suggest please do not throw yourself into this hell. May be I realize now that BSNL would have been a better choice.
If anybody from TIKONA is reading this, then please get off your butt and do something about it! you will be served well in hell for sure. Thats my promise
