If you want to terminate service worst thing comes

Once you come on that condition where tikona service is not managable and you want to terminate the service, now suspense comes. They will tell your request has been raised which is completely fake. That is it will take 15 days time to process for disconnection. That is if in between that 15 days period if your billing cycle comes. they will charge you whole month amount, whether you are using it or not.

And after lots of calls and updation from our side for full and final bill they tell us to wait for 15 day to process our bill and with in this period we need to pay whole amount.


I have told them many times please stop our service today and if bill requires to generate 15 days time, we will pay the bill till till today, but same fetching of money comes into picture.
