The poorest of all and even worse than mtnl. I couldn’t have imagined that there is a company that can be poor than mtnl but tikona broke all records and seriously the best in providing poor service.
I discontinued my internet connection in october even i have the request number but they didn’t disconnect it and sent the bills regularly. One day i got a notice from court to pay the said amount mentioned by tikona and to avoid to waste my time to go to court i paid 4000 for nothing. So this company is a big fraud and they also know that people now a days doesn’t have much time to waste so they are taking an advantage of that. Really worst guys beware of this company this a big fraud. Would not recommend tikona to anyone. There plans might be cheaper than other internet providers but they have the cheapest quality too not even worth rs.100 a month. So if you are smart enough to understand my point then do not use tikona services rest all upto you.
