Harassment for payment and refusing to disconnect

I used tikona broadband for 2 months.the wifi almost never worked.when I raised request to disconnect they did not and kept sending bills.


Even after 5 emails and phone calls and I hv not used their connection.still bills are raised and I get threatening calls from legal tht they will go to court. They hv forced me to pay.worst experience ever, pl dont opt for these fraudsters
