Tikona is the Worst ISP I have came across.I have raised a connection closure request and even after 2 months I haven’t received any confirmation from them. The customer care is pathetic . They either put you on hold or sometimes even they hung up on me.
After all the false assurances I am still getting System generated Bills and I am not using the Service. I will not recommend this pathetic ISP to anyone. They try to give good plans and that is where they get you. Their so called technical engineers don’t know anything and the customer care services are the worse.
