The worst service provider in India. Utterly nonsense team. I am just fed up with the service. My request to the concerned department of Government is that they should have a check on this company. Tikona disconnects your connection if you do not pay the bill. The so called BILL is generated even before you start using the service. Moreover there a late payment charges after due date. According to Tikona due date is the date somewhere in between your billing period. I have been using the service since 1.5Years. Have made more than 200 calls till now but still everyday internet gets disconnected for some reason best known to Tikona. The customer care executive has given me a solution to restart my device twice everyday so that the problem doesn’t occur.
