I am an old customer to tikona, in South Delhi Mehrauli. for me network speed and service was OK but main issue came when I terminated my connection. for collecting the device they said Engineer will not call me, I have to call him that’s the RULE.
They gave me 3 contact all 3 said this area does not comes under them, I called customer care multiple time but still no use, I raised complain thats also waste and now they are asking me to pay 2000rs for device.
