To begin with, I’d like to state that I only use tikona’s Wifi broadband. I noticed other reviews were criticizing other aspects of tikona’s service: I can’t comment on that.
For me, the service has been smooth right from the outset. The installation was done on time and the service worked perfectly right from the start.
I’ve had incredible speeds and this has been true whether in peak time or otherwise. The connection has also been very reliable. in fact, during the past 4 months that I have used the service the connection has not dropped even once.
Maybe I got a bit lucky judging by the other reviews here. From my own experience, however, I would definitely recommend tikona cable broadband to a friend!
