Tikona broadband service speed is ok-ok, but very very poor service in thane-east area, please don’t go for it.
As they have monopoly in the area. so they don’t even bother to give you freq. disconnection and no waiver for that at all. Because they have a waiver policy, when your internet is not working for one complete day, then only you are eligible for waiver, even if your connection for 10 min. a day you have to pay full charge of complete one day for that. I guess, for internet everyone is like that if I need it now, then it should work by any means.
highly unreliable- works only 5-8 hours a day in general and disconnection of your connection will give you another trouble.
