Tikona is definitely one of the worst internet service providers in the country.The internet is intermittent, I never used the internet without having to restart the router every two or three hours.
I finally got tired of the bad service and asked for a disconnection.However no representative from the company came for a month to take back the router, so I called Tikona to enquire as to when a representative from the company would be coming, they informed me that I was yet to pay the previous month’s bill and only after clearing that amount would a person come .I refused to pay as I had already asked for disconnection and had not used the internet in over a month.They threatened to sue me and called me repeatedly and were very rude.No one should use Tikona’s broadband
