I am Arup Mukherjee based in Bangalore using Tikona Broadband service for last 5 months. my service ID is 1107213722. Today I regret my decision of opting Tikona as my broadband service provider. From beginning, it gives problems. One or the other reasons, the connection does not work. On calling their customer care, the only help I get isour technical person will get in touch with you and will resolve the issue within 24 hrs. They do not seem to understand 24 hrs is a long time for the professionals. During day time, as I am away to office, the engineer will simply call saying the problem is resolved, pls check and confirm. But the same problem occurs again in another 2-3 days and the cycle goes on and on.
Every time they promised it will not be repeated and the problem will be shorted out permanently but that day never came. In their IVR, they ask you to dial-1 for a call back. But I have never received a call back. When asked customer care, they toldthey do not have calling out facility. what a joke! Even after calling their customer care repeatedly, every time they said their person will call back but I never received a call back neither I was allowed to talk to any senior.
They are not professional neither they realize in what kind of difficulties they are pulling their subscribers who have opted for their service. Their worst level of service cannot be compared with any other providers. Even providers like BSNL & MTML are also much better.
I waited for 5 months and gave Tikona a fair chance for service us by correcting their problems, but they do not seem to be bothered at all about their customers. Finally, today being faid-up and frustrated, I decided to write this post.
Therefore friends, if you are serious about your internet service, dont even consider Tikona as our prospective service provider even if they offer it free. Your money towards paying installation charges and for buying wireless router will be a waste.
