This is my first review that I am writing for any company. I ordered these services from a sales channel. They send a technician to install the services and he was very quick calling my number to schedule an appointment. He came to install the device but let me tell you he was a very busy person.
He was not less than Ambani or Birla as his phone was keep ringing. He was not focused at his work and much frustrated with his company. But somehow he installed the system (But I could not check the connectivity, as I came to know that there was a problem in my laptop)
After he left I got my Laptop fixed and tried connecting - But no luck. I called the sales guy and he helped me to get the number of the technical team - I called them and they said that they would send a tech next day - Which they did not. Next day I called the technical support toll free number (Which is a group of impeccable people) and they said that they would raise a ticked and the tech would visit on the same day - But again no tech. I called 3 times to check the status but no luck.
I then called the level 2 support they said that they would send the tech next day ..... next day came no tech. I called the tech team in my area and they refused to come and said that another next day. I also spoke to one of their officers in Delhi (I guess). He is again a busy person and he said that he would get the issue fixed ...........BUT STILL NO LUCK
AM I PAYING TO TRY MY LUCK ????
