Hello guys, I have boight a Tikona connection in Gurugram(formerly Gurgaon). I opted for 10 mbps unlimited connection but getting only 2.5 to 4.5 mbps speed despite of several complains they are not helping me out. They say speed is ok from there side. I payed 1920/- for the installation and rental. I feel cheated guys beware availing services from this lying broadband service provider.
