I am using Tikona from last 1 year(My plan 4mbps). In this time duration every month I am facing multiple network issues(Ex. More then a week I didn’t internet).
Customer Care:
And making a call to customer care is a nightmare. Customer have to wait for 30 min to talk with representative and here after no one will pick up a call. There may be a chance they will pick up your call in 8 min. More then a internet bill I am paying mobile bill.
