I have been repenting for going for Tikona broadband service without going through any feedbacks/ reviews. Hence I dont wish this to happen to others, so pls a take couple of minutes to go through my experience with Tikona and decide.
The shameless people are always behind money and dont even bother to clarify my queries. Worst part is they even collect Rs 20! for collecting the money. Please go through the mail I had sent at the end and their response.
*1.Keeping their connection active, I had to keep another service.
Didnt even disconnect the service when a asked them, and I was even charged for the period till they disconnected.
Speaking to their customer care is just a waste of my money and time, nothing beyond.
Finally threat from their legal dept. of registering a case against me in Delhi court.*

It is not a big deal for me to pay Rs. 1197 you have demanded in your demand letter, but if at all you are a business minded organisation with customer goodwill in mind, you would have never done so at the first place.
As an effort from my end in avoiding such nuisances happen to other innocent people, I will be publishing this fact on all possible blogs and public networking sites, so that general public doesnt suffer from you.
Below points demand clarification from your end:
What about the hardship I was made to go through during the period of your Tikona subscription.
The lot of phone calls have gone in vain, why were they not taken seriously .
Your connection was so unreliable that I had to keep another service as a backup and most of the time that was the one I had to depend for my usage. Who will pay for that?
sometimes when I called your customer care, I was told that the transponders in my area had gone out of order. Am I responsible for your technical issues?
Being fed-up with your service, I had asked your customer care to withdraw the connection completely, but you have taken your own sweet time in doing so, and still you have charged me for this period as well. Why so?
You have behaved as though there is no value for my money and time.
You may send your executive to my place any time, let me make the payment and return the modem."

As per telephonic conversation currently we are yet to collect the device from your premises, We have forwarded your request to collect the equipment at the earliest and our team will contact you in next 72hrs for an appointment.
Also note if you will not receive any call for CPE collection then kindly contact on our ISP on to .
As per your request, we have forwarded the request to the collection department for the necessary action.
You will receive SMS within 4 hours regarding detail of executive.
We would like to inform you that you will be charged with Rs. 20 for this facility.
However no receipt would be provided for pick up charges of(Rs.20) as they are directly payable to agency doing the pickup activity These charges are payable over and above the bill amount. The pickup charges are payable in cash to the collection person.
You can also make the payment by dropping the cheque in the nearest ICICI ATM cheque drop box.
You can also do online payment using net banking, credit/debit cards

You are liable to pay only for the period you have used your services and the charges for non-usage period will be waived off as a part of Full & Final Settlement.
