I switched to tikona 10mbps new plan few days before after watching the demo at my home. The demo was good that’s why I bought tikona plan but right from 2nd day onwards it started giving very bad bad bad service and customer care is also really worst.
After long duration of call they attended my call and said me that they will send engineer to resolve the issue. So engineer came to my place and did nothing and lied to me that router box is not working so I have changed it. But the box was not changed. In last 35 days I used tikona for just 8 to 10 days. I request you all that please please do not ever go for tikona you will really get frustrated. 0 Star. If you want to live happily ever after then PLEASE PLEASE DON’T GO FOR TIKONA. REQUEST FROM A FRUSTRATED GUY.
