My name is Tejaswi and I took a internet connection from Tikona ....as soon as I called them up to set up a new connection they came and fixed it up very quickly and collected Rs. 1650 from me and their executive left informing that new would start working in the next 4 hours but now its been 5 days I paid money...haven’t received any response from them...
I call around 20 times a day to customer service and around 30 times to their local executives....people indulged in local area are:
1) Dilip
2) Sanjay
3) Head people pls look and never take a connection from them.
