I have been a broadband subscriber for several years. There was an issue in shifting of my connection due to port availability, so got a Tikona connection. When the salesman showed me, the connectivity seemed fine. However it stopped working in a few days and took endless calls to the service number to get it up again. The service is really poor, the network keeps going down all the time
After having enough of this nonsense, I closed the connection and went for another ISP. However I still keep getting sporadic bills from these guys asking me to pay up!
There are far better ISPs out there, please avoid this at any cost.
