I had taken tikona full599 plan.when I had taken the connection they had said that I will get the dedicated speed.But after taking it, I came to know what the dedicated speed they are giving.whenever my speed is slow I call cc guy they only say these thing "we had taken your complaint, and it had been forwarded your issue will be resume in six hour" but their six hour never come.i had always experienced low speed.if it is better in day then surely it is going to worst in night.I was promised to get 512 kbps dedicated speed.But in day I used to get around 400 kbps and in night 250 or 200kbps or even lower than that.i had called many times to cc guy but their is no improvement regarding speed.
