I got Tikona installed at my place and paid in advance for 3 months. After the service was installed at my place, the internet sometimes would either not work at all or the speed was pathetically low that no work could be done. I made calls to their consumer court numerous times(I had to make STD calls to their consumer care in Mumbai) and no one helped me. No technician ever visited my place to fix this. I wrote emails to this, none of which was ever replied.(Screenshots attached)
They even sent me a legal notice to which I replied and didnt get a response again. Today, I got a call from the court that they had filed a case against me for non-payment of bill. Commoners like me would get scared off with these legal calls for obvious reasons. Even I have decided to pay this and get it off my head.
I just called their Area Manager, fuming as I shouldnt be getting legal calls, and he also told me to do whatever I want. I tried posting on their facebook page and the comment didnt get posted. I got a message that it will be reviewed(ofcourse, it will never be visible on their page.) You should look at their Facebook page, they only have appreciations in form of reviews(One great company I believe). No negative reviews at all - because hey, they dont let it get added on their pages.
