Whole company is a fraud with all the employees

I purchased a tikona connection on 09 march 2013. the connection was installed within 1 day. it worked fine till 27 march 2013. from then it started giving problems and till date the problem has not been resolved. I made innumerable number of calls to the customer care, their reply was

  1. sir your prob has been escalated to high priority.

2.  a engineer will give u a visit in 48 hrs and your prob will be rectified. from the day of complaint the prob has not been rectified. the company is a big fraud company.


NEVER GO FOR TIKONA EVEN IF ITS UR LAST OPTION IN THE WHOLE WORLD.


On the auspicious day of 02 may 2013, an executive from customer care calls up n tells me that they r disconnecting my connection because they cant rectify my problem. When I inquired about the advanced I had paid and the bill, the executive replies saying that it wont be returned as I had the modem in my house for that duration of time.... the person who sold me the connection bhaskar(9663043738), the engineer who visited my home girish(8710870607), my area manger and the senior engineer chandil(9916214722) who was supposed to come but never showed up suggest the same wen I call them... looking at their services and the way they speak to their customers I say that TIKONA IS THE WORST IP IN MARKET. THEIR INCOMPETENCE IS AWESOME..
