I have raised a complaint in Consumer Forum against you due to your worst service quality and I want disconnection from all your service and loss reimbursement.
I have subscribed for Tikona BroadBand Service from last 3- 4 months and As they promised there service is never that good but somehow I managed to go with them due to lack of time and busy schedule.
But as I was having some very urgent work in last 4 days they are really unhelpful with customer. I have called them up 5 times in last 4 days and they are registering a new complaint every single time. I have waited for long 4 days to resolve the issue but still no resolution and there customer care are disconnecting my phone calls. I want to raise a complaint against them and claim the problem and loss I have faced due to their service in last 4 days.
