Worst Customer Service with fraudulent practices

I bought Tikona Braodband service in February this year after seeing their poster on every electricity pole in my area and the attractive rates promised. The service inefficiency started from the time of installation. They had over charged for connection that what was informed initially. Their charges are in advance and hence they are able to get away with their bad services.


Their speed remain good for the first 15 -20 days and post that they start playing around. Every month, I used to had network issues between the 20th to 26th of the month. When I complained to their customer care in writing, I used to get reply back saying that the complaint would be addressed in 2 days. It was not addressed for over 2 months post which I stopped using their services. Their call centres are always busy and you would never get connected to the customer care department. If one in ten attempts connects, you would be merely assured of action but again nothing will happen after that. I would not recommend this company to any one.
