Tikona is the worst ISP I can write about my experience’s for 10 pages but I don’t want to waste my time doing that in a nutshell we subscribed for the service we received the service for a month.
After that it’s al history they charged for months when we did not use the service prior to which we called multiple times but no assistance they just couldnt figure the issue after which they also threaten to spoil your sibil which a offence however we paid the overdue charges even though we dnt use the service the guts they have sent us anothet bill stating termination charges 6 months their service is rubbish I dnt even knw how do they get business. DO NOT TAKE THE RISK OF TIKONA ULL SIGN UP FOR A HEADACHE AND A CON INDUSTRY
