Highly unprofessional. Its been more than a week and still my internet is not working with customer id

I called up the guy who did the installation and he is saying please register the complaint at the customer care.
Then I registered a complaint at the customer care after 10 minutes of waiting. They assigned an engineer and told me that I will get a message in 3-4 hours about the engineer’s details.
Its BEEN 4 days now neither any engineer has shown up nor did I get any message regarding the details.
**Update:-**
After 4 days the guy finally came and changed the location of the Tikona Modem. Now the internet is working fine. But Tikona definitely need to work on their field boys. They are not very co-operative. Got a call from Delhi Team which was very co-operative.
