**Tikona Internet service**
Tikona’s internet service has been popular brand in metro and Tier 1 cities, especially in Mumbai and Pune. Since July 2014, I have been using its service with different post paid plans from 700 to 500 per month with breaking speed range of 2 Mbps.
**Review**
I have been a regular caller(5-10 times/month) to Tikona call center to file complaint regarding speed, no internet connectivity and their irregularity in resolving previous complaints. At times I get up to 1 Mbps despite of paying for 2 Mbps plan.
**Pro & Cons**
Pro
1. The penalty of Rs. 100 does not applies if you miss the payment deadline.
2. If you are city other than Pune, then you will hardly face any connectivity issues.
Cons
1. Regular connectivity issues.
2. You wont get chance to get connected to call center before 10 mins, at least.
3. And the most annoying. 10 days before your payment deadline, Tikona will call you 4/5 times a day from landlines, mobile, internet numbers regarding your pending bill payment no matter you have paid or not.
**Recommendation**
1. Tikona post paid plans are attractive & affordable one can opt easily but its tough to continue with such level of service I explained above.
2. As internet market is getting concentrated in India after Reliance Jio’s entry we can expect better services ahead and you can opt for Tikona as well. This is my first review on Mouthshut, and expect it helps someone.
