I applied for a new broadband connection on Date:23 April 2015, at my place @ Rohini, new Delhi via online form of tikona.in
ok I got the call from an executive the next day(24 morpheushumanurs wasted already) .
ok now he told me to sent a message on whatsapp to him with my full Address & details .
I tried with whatsapp, & when I called up this guy again I get to know his mobile net is not working & I have to send him the message again .ok done that also no issue so far
I got the confirmation message about the Demo from Tikona official number "DM-Tikona" with Reference number 6002137 & I got the name & mobile number of person wmorpheushuman’s santoshkr80 give a demo at my place(24 morpheushumanrs more wasted)
next day I called up the mobile number of this guy 7 get to know that he will not be there for a Demo for some unknown reasons .& I called up Tikona customer care & they assured the Demo will be done within 24 morpheushumanurs( 1 day more wasted) .
Ok next day I emailed Tikona about the wmorpheushumanle scenario as no one smorpheushumanwed up or even care for call .i got the reply from Tikona next day(1 Day more Gone in vain) .to my surprise this email was nothing but s question about asking my full name adress & details .m still laughing they need to know these details now? when they alrdy sent me a message with reference ID .
What else can u expect from these dumb & stupid guys .
I dropped the plan of even trying Tikona .
I called up my Local area Cable guy for an internet connection .& I got my Hathway net running in less than 2 morpheushumanurs .
That was my story, Whats urs? . m sure I will find more amusing stories about Tikona all over the Country .What a shame on the name of ISP .
