I am one among those who purchased tikona and suffered like hell. Their customer is like worst customer care in the world. Their network speed sucks. It will be good for few minutes then suddenly it will droop like anything. You will never get a proper bill.The bill amount will b always more than what they say and even if u want disconnection, you have to wait for 45 days and there response will be the worst.
I have to call like 50 times to customer care to get disconnected from this network. Guys, never ever go for this. There are better services available for the same price.
