I signed up for tikona broadband service on 18/04/2016 after the home check engineer didnt have id with them so they told me that will come another day multiple phone calls made from their representatives end so that they can setup the broadband this time engineers did have the id for router page with them but they were inable to open the router pade somehow they were able to manage to setup the connection I checked with my devices it was working I gave the 2576 INR as a subscription charges but the moment they left there was frequent disconnections . I tried to contact their customer service which takes atlest 5-6 min to reach an executive, somehow I managed to het a hold on executive he asked me to give them an opportunity and ill not regret my decision?
I agreed and raised the complaint and one fine day by gods grace I received a call and they told me that I dont need any engineer I can only complete some trouble shooting to het the bloody connection working I denied although he kept on asking, I didnt receive qny phone call .i call customer service again phew! The wait again some how I got a lady on phone told them about my situtation same all rubbish and mugged up lines were bombarded I asked to cancel my subscription she asked me to call from registered mobile number Whats the point man! I complete all the rubbish idv required by them so I asked if I can speak to her supervisor who were so incompetent and terribly busy to speak to me, although I told her th ill take necessary action but I know they are such a shameless face of customer centric field tht they wont take any action.hoping to get my money back from these bloody fraudsters .worst customer service experience ever.appalled by their service.goin to take proper action?
