I thinked of buying this internet service at my place but when the company’s representative came at my work place he told about the plans and it was just surprised for me that the rate was just high than other internet service which are providing Internet services at my place.
Tikona services are nice but upto some extent it lags after sales services.Thinking of tikona service is just nice no doubt about that but still the company needs a lot of improvements in the after sales and services to get more customers for them.
Tikona is just having alot of adjustment for all purpose of having internet whether we are using net for home, office or for other purpose they give solutions for all those.
Other services are just nice of tikona but it needs to minimize the rate of service and should give proper after sales of services.
