I was looking for a Broadband service and picked up Tikon seeing their low fares. Checked my areas coverage online in Tikons site, and found that my area is well within many tikona towers hence went on online registration process. I made online payment of all the installation fee and rentals.

The customer executive appeared next day and told that the connection is not feasible in my area. He asked me to sign on a paper which stated successful installation. I wrote that installation was not made since it was not feasible and signed below. Executive told that he will mark the connection as not feasible and I will get my
money within 15 days. It is more than 15 days now and I called the executive as the first step, but he did
not answer. next I called Tikona Wireless customer service and it got disconnected 3 times.
On the fourth time a customer service executive told that they will give a call back within 24 hours after checking the case.

Today I got my Check but unfortunately my middle name is missing in the check. Hope my bank accepts the check. Horrible customer service, and faulty website showing coverage areas. Beware before you apply for Tikona!
