Recently I have taken a tikona broadband connection from first day I didn’t get the proper connectivity I have complained or mailed several times to their customer care and mr j.k.nair. my experience is worst. I have taken a 700+14% tax plan in this I got 25 gb 2mbps after 512kbps.
But didnot got 2mbps speed don’t take a connection the speed of tikona is 60kbps on primary data downloading and after you will get 3kbps on secondary data. they are making fools to a customer. lucknow people dont take tikona connection
