Worst Experience

I requested for connection on 25 and on 26th asked for disconnection. The packet data lost every now and then resulting in restarting of all online applications. None of the online payment was successful due to this. My plan was of 4mbps but was provided only a few kbps speed.

They asked two months advance rental. Even after request for disconnection within 24 hrs they said that "NO AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED." Even that is not enough, their customer care kept the disconnection process for another 20 days and charged a bill.

I request not to try Tikona  better use any other services.
