Tikona providing the worst Internet services of all Internet providers I have seen in different cities. What they say during the time of connection and what is working now is totally different. I don’t understand for streaming videos how can it be used so earlier and they drop our plan in secondary policy with very low speed that u can’t even browse or even sending the mails. I lived in different cities with the same plan what I m using for tikona right now but never faced such difficulties. If u want to go for high speed Internet connection .Please don’t go for tikona. Every time calling at their call centres they don’t even attend calls for 4 to 5 days for complaints.
