approach was ok. Installation was quick and the speed was good for d first 1 week and then started decreasing suddenly to a fall of 256 kbps. I called the customtakeouter care regarding this and the reply which shocked me was, dear sir u get speed of 2 mbps until 6 Gb only and after that it is restricted to 256 kbps and it’s a company policy. What?
where the hell policy come from? Where did it go while u were giving connection and the reply.its not our fault may be d problem of sales person. At least the team from Mumbai who contact for giving password through mail ID. Didn’t inform a single word.nor any brochure sent to u. Also no intimation to customtakeouter after reducing the speed to 256 kbps.
Juzz do as u like and say company policy. WHAT CONCERN IS THE customtakeoutER TO U. Disgusting and devastating reply from them and was advised to write to customtakeoutercare@ABC Broadband.in to complain on the sales person.the most important.customtakeouter care is not toll free.
