Most unreliable internet connection on earth

After going through few reviews on mouthshut I got tikona a year back. The customer service was responsive when you have an outage but the biggest problem is you have an internet outage atleast once in a week and you will get the internet back only after 24 hours. I am working for an US client where I connect remotely and work on US server and I am a database administrator. For each outage you will get a reply from tikona that this will be the last internet outage and again within few days you will get another outage and you will hear the same story again. After few months I was tired fighting with tikona and finally I lost my job two months back since I am unable to connect and work when needed by my client due to tikona internet outage. Everytime when I get an outage tikona gives me a new excuse but my client is not ready to hear the same excuse finally they fired me. For the past few months tikona was mostly down  than it was up.You might ask why I didn’t change my ISP. Everytime when there is an


outage tikona representative will tell a new story and give you tons of promise it will not happen next time but within few days or hours you will see your internet down. They will speak speak and not allow you to move out of tikona. Two months back I send and email to tikona that I don’t need their service and they were sending just emails with some stories telling that their service is improved. I stopped using tikona more than two months back now they are still sending text messages saying that I am three months due(2300 due) even though I asked them to disconnect several months back and I am not touching tikona for the past two months.


They will not give up and start sending you text messages and pending amount which increases every month. In another few days I am sure I will get a text message to pay 3000 rupees. I gave a good review around more than 1 year back when I intially got their connection due to the way customer service spoke to me(dated Sep 28, 2014 10:04 AM user id sk_vignesh). At that time I mentioned there was frequent down time they promised it won’t happen and it still happens after one year. But please note  just good speech will not allow you to browse internet and do your work remotely you need a good internet connection. I will pay anyone 1000 rupees if they can prove they had at least one month of uninterrupted tikona internet service.If you enroll with tikona you are asking for trouble. I would ask tikona to show their skill in providing reliable internet connection than talking to people.
