Worst Service, Unprofessional Behavior and Unrealistic Bills
I had used Tikona WiFi service for almost an year time. Initially I was happy with the speed and customer service but starting with this year I was not getting any network. within a month I had raised almost 25 complaints for the network issues.
Everytime they simple closed the ticket without confirming from customer. At the end I have decided to move to another service provider and now they have sent me the bills for last two months when there was no network with a condition that if you are using out network then fine else you need to pay two months bills or they will charge a legal complaint.
Unfortunately I have to say this. NEVER USE TIKONA and Never recommend to anyone.
