Worst tikona service

I have applied for Tikona broadband service earlier this month and service engineer contacted me and was eager to show demo for internet connection and fixed the appointment for early morning 8 am. After successful demo, I requested plan for 650 pm and paid the total amount to him cash but he activated the plan as 675 pm.


After this his response was so poor and never picked the call and then through customer care I got the internet connection. So overall 5-6 days taken to active the connection. So here the service is so poor and I was frustrated.So guys look for service before applying the broadband connection.
