I have broadband connection of tikona and account no 1111291592 I have been facing internet connectivity problems from past 2-3 months, after regular complains my issue was not resolved .
so on oct 15 2015 I decided to disconnect my service and requested for disconnection customer care person told me I will get disconnected in 15 working days but till now it is not disconnected and when ever I call them they will tell me I will get a call in 24 hours about disconnection
I had paid 2900 as quarterly payment in September 26 I had not used the internet for 12 days as there was technical problem now when I asked them for refund they are not giving me any details .
I have read many blogs about the cheating done by tikona people
I wish to tell all the people who go cheated by this company to contact me by my mail adreess so that we can complain to TRAI .
I have the voice recordings of customer care people about the refund part now please all the people join me to launch a fraud compalin about this company
