Worst Customer Service

I have used Tikona WIFI since June-2016 to Sep-2016, and I had a worst experience,


each time when I try to connect the internet, it takes around 5mins to connect to the IP first, then I have to use the open the tikona webpage and logging in to use the internet, The login window will not open until I call to the Paid customer service no. which take around 20-30mins to connect to technical executive. then I can use my internet.


Sometimes when you try to contact customer service and you have to do some urgent work, then it submit a IVR support ticket automatically. and again if you tried to contact them then IVR always says we have taken your complain it will be resolved soon.


even I have complained through email, but no one replying on that emails, after 2-3 replies, I told them I am ready to pay my due balance if you ensure and provide me 1 month service without any interruption.


Speed: Average


Customer Service: If there will be lesser than zero I will rate that.


Plans Price: Good
