Really TIKONA will test your patience
When I purchased TIKONA broadband my troubles started. Connection is not reliable and actual speed is too slow. TIKONA speed test is fake tool which always show your speed above 1mbps, when I tested it in https://speedtest.in I realized that the actual speed is less than 300kbps.
When you call customer care people , first of all you won’t get connected to customer care. Even after a lot of trials you may get connect but, by the time you are going to explain your issue, they will disconnect your call.
Or they will tell your compliant is taken and it will be resolved in few days. No body reach you after that. If you are calling agin and again to catch hold of them, they wont accept your call. (they have a facility to find the customer previous call time and number of attempts history). If they were not interest to attend your call also they won’t accept your call. Luckily if you able to catch hold them, instead if resolving the issue they simply advise you to restart TIKONA broad band and your reboot your system and advise you to call once again if problem persist.
Really I become mad with TIKONA service and response from customer care.
Apart from Customer care people TIKONA service engineers also has low level skills.
They even do not have common sense to face your nano station device towards the main signaling tower.
I had lot of bad experience with TIKONA. If I keep on writing all my experience with TIKON, it may fill 100 pages of comments.
My recommend is not to purchase TIKONA broad band. All their promises are fake.
