When we think of broadband networks then we simply need speed with continuity but this service provider is worst at its attempt.
When there will be a bad weather the speed will crawl and sometimes you may even not be able to connect with the internet.
Speed keeps fluctuating for downloading huge data you will have to wait for mid night as at this time the speed reaches its peak.
Customer care is also worthless.
overall worthless I replaced it with BSNL now I am satisfied with it.
