Hello friends.
I took the service of tikona broadband for my work on 4th Feb. 7th Feb the service stopped working. I filed an online complaint and I have the proof of all of this. No-one came to fix my connection issues.
Instead, I had new BD people coming and asking for a new connection and top of that harassment calls to pay the bill.
I had to suffer business loss due to the non-working on the internet and finally today I succumbed to their harassment calls and paid the bill as I did not have the energy to take these calls anymore. What kind of service is this? And is this the state of Indian consumer-i don’t get it?
